The following are the conditions for our return policy-
- Incorrect product- In the event we have shipped an incorrect product/s, we request you to contact our Customer Service and a replacement will be shipped as soon as we receive the incorrect product back.
- Damaged product- In the event you have received the product/s damaged, you can return it. (Please make sure to contact us within 7 working days of receiving the damaged product).
We do not ship any damaged products, in case of any damaged product received; you may have to take it up with the applicable postal body owing to rough handling of the parcel. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we dispatch the goods.
We at healthfooddirect.com.au handle returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation. Therefore, we urge you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel for returns, with a valid reason for returning.
Unopened parcels will be refunded in full (Product price).
Refund will be processed immediately by the same method used to make the payment of order. Refunds may take upto 7 business days to be received.
Items purchases in error will not receive a refund. Therefore, please be careful while placing your order.
Postage cost is non refundable.
In the unlikely case where we are unable to resolve your complaint, a refund will be processed upon receiving the goods purchased.
